Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM until midnight. Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

The front desk is staffed 24 hours, but if you expect to arrive after midnight please call ahead so we can plan for you rather than wonder about you.

Who can book, and who can stay

You must be 18 or older to rent a room. Children of all ages are welcome; guests 16 and over count as adults for occupancy and pricing, so please include them when you tell us how many are coming.

Identification and deposit

A government-issued photo ID and a credit card are needed at check-in. The card is held for room charges and incidentals and can be changed at check-out.

Guests paying cash leave a $300 deposit against damage and incidentals, returned after check-out.

Extra beds and cribs

• Roll-away bed — $15 per day, on request.
• Cribs — complimentary.

How many extra beds or cribs a room can take depends on the room, and availability is limited. Ask when you book.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 48 hours before arrival for a refund.

Dogs

We are one of the few hotels in town that takes dogs, and they stay in allocated rooms, of which there are a limited number.

• Up to two dogs, at $40 per stay covering up to five nights.
• More dogs, or a longer stay, may cost more — ask us.
• Declare your dog when you book. A dog that arrives unannounced may find there is no room it can stay in.
• Dogs must be on a lead in all public areas.

Service animals are always welcome and are not pets under this policy.

Smoking

The property is entirely smoke-free, inside and out. There is a $300 charge for smoking in a room, or within 50 feet of any public area including hallways and walkways.

Parking

Free, on site, for registered guests. Accessible spaces sit directly outside the accessible rooms.
