We publish this site to describe the hotel accurately. We check what is on it, and we would rather hear about a mistake than have it sit here — if something is wrong, tell the front desk and we will correct it.

Rates, availability and the details of the hotel change. Nothing on this website is an offer of a room at a given price; a reservation exists when we confirm it.

Booking a room

Rooms can be booked online through the booking window on this site, which is provided by Oracle Hospitality’s OPERA Cloud Booking Engine, or by telephone with the front desk. Suites can only be booked by telephone.

The rate, dates and conditions shown in the booking window when you confirm are the ones that apply to your reservation. Where a stay is booked through a third party, that company’s terms apply to the booking and ours apply to the stay.

Staying with us

The hotel policies page forms part of these terms: check-in and check-out times, identification and deposits, cancellation, dogs and smoking. The ones that most often catch people out are the 48-hour cancellation, the $300 smoking charge and the rule that dogs must be declared when booking.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear, and we may charge the card held at check-in for it.

The text, artwork and photographs on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without it.

Linked websites

We link to local businesses and attractions because guests ask about them. We do not run those places and are not responsible for what they do or what their websites say.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
